Kent is the Founder and CEO of Hudson Investing, a multifamily private equity firm that specializes in developing and repositioning multifamily communities across the Midwest. Hudson Investing’s strategies are propelled by best-in-class property management and cutting-edge technology. 

In addition to his leadership at Hudson Investing, Kent hosts the Ritter on Real Estate Podcast. Through interviews with industry experts, Kent shares valuable insights and strategies that inspire and educate listeners. 

Kent’s career includes his tenure as a business unit leader at Birge & Held Asset Management, a nationally recognized multifamily firm with a substantial portfolio.    

His catalyst into real estate was his successful exit of his management consulting firm, McKinnis Consulting Services, in 2015 after leading five years of rapid growth. 

Kent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
